"One driver tweeted: "@elonmusk I really think the 2018.21.9 update was a step backwards for AP safety.

Musk confirmed plans to reduce charge times at Tesla Supercharger stations, promising three- or four-fold improvement for new vehicles, like the Roadster. Autopilot resources, he said, had so far "rightly focused entirely on safety".

The National Transportation Safety Board said in a preliminary report last week that a Tesla operating on Autopilot sped up before a crash into a freeway barrier in California that killed the driver.

Shares of Tesla are now up nearly 10% in the past week and 5% this year.

The first update since 2016 "will begin to enable full self-driving feature", he tweeted. "With V9, we will begin to enable full self-driving features".

An add-on weight dubbed Autopilot Buddy can allow drivers to keep their hands off a Tesla Model S or Model X steering wheel for extended periods of time, and can help to disable warnings that prompt the driver to take back control of the auto.

EA Announces Release Date for Anthem
Moving now to some Indie games, EA has come up with the sequel to Unravel which had a challenging puzzle platform gameplay. As for the story, we're still only getting high-level details, but here's what we know.

Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) stock surged more than 12 points to $330 in early trading Monday after Chief Executive Elon Musk tweeted that the next major Tesla software update will begin to enable all versions of the electric vehicle "full self-driving features".

The rocket boosters take the form of a "sophisticated bottle" that fires bursts of high-pressure air out the back of the sports auto, the electric-transport news site adds.

Spent air from the thrusters would be refilled immediately using the Roadster's batteries to power air pumps, which in lesser electric vehicles may be a reduced range concern.

In blog posts released by Tesla following the accident in March, the manufacturer said the condition of the attenuator was "the reason the crash was so severe".

Musk has been known to exaggerate and even post jokes in his Twitter feed that are often mis-read as serious comments.

Musk says that the SpaceX package could contain as many as 10 thrusters "arranged seamlessly around the vehicle". They cannot only enhance the acceleration but also change the nature of the high-performance vehicle. Tesla representatives said they are investigating the incident. And we think that is enough time for the tech-maverick Elon Musk to figure out how those 10 rockets will blend into the auto.
