New Fortnite update has big changes for Thanos

The one hundred players who will land on the island of Fortnite Battle Royale will have the opportunity to take the Thanos Infinity Gauntlet. Unfortunately, as you may already guess, the sheer number of players attempting to play right now is creating massive server issues.

"If you kill Thanos, the gauntlet will fall to the ground where it can be claimed by other players".

As seen in the tweet below from the official Fortnite Twitter account, Epic Games has made 50v50 V2 available to play now, and the Limited Time Mode includes some slight tweaks from its previously released iteration.

Thanos corrects the Asgardian that he should have aimed for the head and you see the instant regret on Thor's face.

As of writing, it is unknown how long the Fortnite X Avengers Limited Time Mode will last in the title, or if it is set to be removed with the next update. You ride into combat on the Battle Bus, gather weapons and shields, and build as usual.

Don't worry, though. Thanos isn't gone from the game yet.

With early access of Fortnite that released September of previous year, the game rivaled a similar game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) by December, which brought home "Best Multiplayer Game" at the 2017 Game Awards.

The Fortnite Sign In Failed Error essentially stops you from being able to log into the game. Once you have control of him, you have a powerful arsenal of attacks at your disposal. Try and stay hidden if you can.
