'Sorry, I don't see Michael doing that despite the terrible Witch Hunt and the dishonest media!' he said.

Nunberg told CNN's Abby Phillip: "I have no idea who POTUS is talking about so I have no response".

Apparently responding to the article "Michael Cohen Has Said He Would Take a Bullet for Trump".

He added, the newspaper is using non-existent sources and a reporter, which he called a drunk or drugged up loser who hates Cohen. "Beyond that I have no comment", Stone replied.

Her Times colleague, Michael S. Schmidt, undercut Trump's claim on Twitter, posting a photo of Haberman standing with the president in the Oval Office; in it, Trump, smiling ear-to-ear, is giving his signature thumbs-up.

One staffer, asked whether the White House is concerned Cohen will flip, said "Of course!"

The FBI raided Cohen's home, office and hotel room this month. On Friday, the White House said Trump would not join the event because he didn't want his heightened security presence to cause "disruptions" to the service.

Trump immediately slammed the raid as a "disgraceful situation" and "an attack on our country".

'Trump's lawyers and advisers have become resigned to the strong possibility that Mr. Cohen, who has a wife and two children and faces the prospect of devastating legal fees, if not criminal charges, could end up cooperating with federal officials who are investigating him for activity that could relate, at least in part, to work he did for Mr. Trump, ' she wrote. Trump has personally spoken with her possibly more than any other reporter. Some of the documents seized from him reportedly relate to a payment of Dollars 130,000 that Cohen admits making to the porn star Stormy Daniels, who claims she had a one-night stand with Trump a decade ago.
