Police search for information on aggravated robbery in Whitehaven

Investigators say following the alleged incident, the suspect was arrested for a separate burglary.

Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detectives are searching for two suspects in the armed robbery of a Spokane Valley business on March 28. The woman said it was possible that both men raped her, but her head was covered in tape so she was unable to see anything.

Police Station 4 operatives are is still conducting follow-up and hot pursuit operations for the other two members who escaped during the encounter.

A robbery suspect was arrested after leading officers on a chase down Platte Avenue Thursday evening, according to police. He also took her and her roommates cellphones so they couldn't call police, according to the report.

Julie Penner, 27, and Craig Dorland Robert Hall, 31, have been charged with several robbery and weapons-related charges.

Natashza Charon, 19, and her boyfriend, Charles DeLuca, 18, were ordered held without bail during their arraignment at District Court Friday on charges of first-degree robbery and conspiracy.
