If you didn't know, Demi struggled with a lot of body issues that ended up leading to an eating disorder which she talked openly about in her documentary. She captioned it, "Cellulite and yet I still love myself". Lovato continued that message across a few other posts, writing, "Stretch marks and extra fat... and yet I still love myself".

She wrote on Instagram: "It's so frustrating and sad how strong the #dietculture in our society is".

In a series of post, the Grammy-nominated singer proudly expressed her love for her flaws and curves.

Demi added: "I have cellulite just like the other 93% of women do". In the second one is a boomerang and her pointing out towards her cellulite, and she puts and yet I still love myself.
