Winter Weather Expected This Weekend

For the record, the latest date for measurable snow in Philadelphia is April 27, set in 1967, when one-tenth of an inch was measured. Night: Partly cloudy and cold with northwest winds 5 to 10 miles per hour. Otherwise, the weather will be fairly quiet on Saturday with sunny to partly cloudy skies and high temps around 30.

Precipitation will become snow for all Tuesday night. The highest totals are south of Boston and the most accumulation will occur on the grass and other colder surfaces like the top of your auto.

Highs will be in the lower 40s, but wind chill values will only be in the 30s as the wind will still be gusting 30 to 40 miles per hour.

A late-season winter storm is taking aim on Wisconsin from later tonight through early Wednesday morning.

The Billings temperature is expected to slowly drop off overnight and bottom out into the low 20s by Thursday afternoon.

Wet snow and sleet were forecast through 1 p.m. today, April 2, with a storm that may dump about an inch onto the area before quickly melting this afternoon.

Forecasters said another 1-2 inches could fall in the Helena area Monday night and into Tuesday.
