Russian Federation has denied any involvement in the poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal.

The Russian side also wants to know what kind of assistance from the OPCW technical secretariat was asked by London, whether it requests to verify the very fact of the use of a nerve agent or to conform that it was a Novichok-class substance.

"After that, I said it may lead to nowhere".

Britain has blamed Russia for the poisoning, and has been backed up by dozens of Western countries which have ordered Russian diplomats to leave.

The 'secret bank account' was disclosed by Sergei's niece Viktoria Skripal, 45, who aims this week to travel to meet Yulia in hospital in Salisbury.

Russian Federation has denied responsibility for the poisoning, and condemned the USA and U.K.'s responses to the attack. He repeated a suggestion previously made by Russian Federation that British secret services were the ones who deployed the nerve agent Novichok.

However, foreign ministry spokeswoman Agnes Von der Muhll did say at the time that the two countries were in close contact on the issue.

He told state-funded RT television that all precursors for making the agent are available on the open market.

British authorities examining the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal believe the daring placement of the nerve agent on his door shows a sophistication that likely had the approval of the Kremlin, a source briefed on the investigation has confirmed to CNN. The head of Britain's defense laboratory said Tuesday that its scientists have not identified the precise source of the nerve agent used to attack them.

While doctors have not divulged details behind Yulia Skripal's "rapid recovery", antidotes that can treat novichok poisoning do exist, such as atropine, pralidoxime and diazepam. Russian Federation has ordered the same number of their envoys out.
