Players will be able to experience both free and paid Far Cry 5 post launch content which includes the three add-ons announced in February 2017. Each Tuesday in April will have Far Cry 5 live events, which will presumably be live events that will occur within the Far Cry 5 open world of Hope County. For more on each of the DLCs, you can see the trailer below. The publisher is planning a bevy of post-launch content that'll take players on fantastic adventures.

"In the first, Hours of Darkness, you'll be thrown into war-ravaged Vietnam and have to fight your way through enemy forces, rescue POWs, and try to evac amidst the chaos". And finally, "Lost on Mars" will send players to the Big Red Planet "where they'll battle martian arachnids to save Earth from an alien invasion".

Far Cry 5 launches on PS4, PC and Xbox One March 27. Ubisoft describes it as 'evolution of the map editor that will deliver an endless amount of free gameplay and map creation opportunities for players'.

Walk up to an arcade machine in a bar, for example, and you can jump straight into Far Cry Arcade, check out the latest user-created levels (which will be curated by the developers), and start playing.

China hints at taking retaliatory measures against United States tariffs
Last year, China's military budget rose 7.1 percent to 1.044 trillion yuan ($160 billion), the slowest pace since at least 1991. President Donald Trump announced a plan to put tariffs on steel and aluminium imports.

A trailer for the Far Cry 5 season pass and Far Cry Arcade offer a glimpse into what players can expect in the months to come after the game releases.

In total, there are over 9'000 elements from Far Cry 5, Far Cry 4, Far Cry Primal, Assassin's Creed Unity, Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, and Watch Dogs to choose from. Tackling some topics and imagery related to religious extremism and the cult of personality, Far Cry 5's narrative feels rather timely. It aims to provide players the freedom to create their own expansive solo or group levels. They mention outfits, weapons, and vehicles you won't be able to get anywhere else.

While the three DLC drops above are meaty, Far Cry 5: Arcade looks like it could be something special too.
