US Permanent Representative Nikki Haley said that Washington was offering the "outstretched hand of the US" to Palestine to find a path to peace, but remained firm on the decision to move the embassy to Jerusalem.

Palestinian spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeina said Abbas would center his speech around "Al-Quds", or Jerusalem, and on basic Palestinian principles.

"We are trying to do the opposite and will continue working on our plan which is created to benefit both the Israeli and Palestinian people".

Addressing Abbas, who had already left the chamber, Haley said: "You don't have to like that decision but know this, that decision will not change".

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas ruled out the United States as a broker for peace with Israel on Tuesday, calling for an worldwide peace conference by mid-2018 with the key goals of full U.N. membership for the state of Palestine and a timeframe for a two-state solution.

Palestinians threw eggs at a delegation including New York City Council members visiting the occupied West Bank Thursday, AFP reporters said, amid anger over US President Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Ferrari 488 Pista announced
A new version of Ferrari's Side-Slip Angle Control system, now up to v6.0, adds the Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer (FDE) into the mix. Pista being Italian for the word " track ", it is easy to see why Ferrari has chosen the name to grace the vehicle.

"Today, the situation of the US and Israel indicate their fear of the Zionist regime's collapse and the USA decline". Instead, he said, it is "reviewing" its relationship with Israel.

Abbas also called for a "multilateral mechanism" at the meeting, and vowed Palestinians will step up efforts to achieve full membership at the UN.

Following the declaration, the Palestinian Authority said that the U.S. is no longer fit to mediate in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, while the USA threatened to cut off UNRWA funding for Palestinian refugees, and to any country that votes against the Jerusalem resolution at the United Nations. But there have been no serious negotiations since gaps widened following the 2009 election of Benjamin Netanyahu as Israel's prime minister.

"You are part of the problem, not the solution", Danon said, addressing Abbas. "But here we go again", Haley said.

But the United States struggled at the United Nations on Tuesday to persuade the world that America is in the best position to maintain its exclusive leadership role in mediating an end to the decades-long conflict. "The choice, Mr. President, is yours", said Haley, referring to Trump's son-in-law and adviser, Jared Kushner, and US Middle East envoy Jason Greenblatt. "There may be an global peace conference, or the [Middle East] Quartet may reassert itself, but the USA will still be the primary driver of peace negotiations". "We will present it when it is done and the time is right". It called the speech "old talking points and undeveloped concepts for each of the core issues".

He said an autopsy will be carried twice on the deceased; first autopsy in Israel's Abu Kabir Forensic Institute, which will be attended by a Palestinian pathologist following Israel's agreement to his participation, and second autopsy at a Palestinian hospital after Israel returns his body to his family.
