- Rachel Crooks for Ohio (@RachelforOhio) February 20, 2018Trump on Tuesday denied the accusation from Crooks, who came forward with her allegation in 2016. But after saying hello and shaking hands, she claims Trump kissed her on her cheeks and then on the mouth.

The New York Times had first revealed her claims in a story published October 12, 2016.

The accuser, Rachel Crooks, claims she introduced herself to Trump briefly while working as a secretary in his building. "The only reason I am here today is that this offender is now the President of our country", Ms Crooks said at the time.

Trump added a rhetorical question bridging the two tweets: "Who would do this in a public space with live security.cameras running".

A total of 13 women have claimed publicly that Trump subjected them in the past to unwanted touching, kissing or other sexual misconduct.

However Trump, who married his wife Melania a year before the alleged encounter took place, has now responded, using Twitter to issue a full and frank denail.

Trump's mention of women who were offered money to accuse him refers to documents, emails, and text messages reviewed by The Hill which show that attorney Lisa Bloom, the daughter of Allred, worked to arrange payments from donors and tabloid media for women who either made or considered making accusations against Trump. "Only @FoxNews so reported...doesn't fit the Mainstream Media narrative", Trump griped in the latest in a string of furious tweets that began Saturday night and continued through Tuesday morning. Now, however, she's running for a seat in the OH state legislature.

Separately, the United States Supreme Court is considering two challenges to partisan gerrymandering in Wisconsin and Maryland. The court didn't file its full opinion until two days before the legislature's deadline to submit a compromise map to Wolf.

Trump's denial does not accurately reflect Crooks story, however.

"It all happened at Trump Tower", Crooks told the Post. Cohen has released a statement for Clifford denying she had an affair with Trump in 2006.

"Please, by all means, share the footage from the hallway outside the 24th floor residential elevator bank on the morning of January 11, 2006", she wrote.

"Let's clear this up for everyone", she wrote. "It's liars like you in politics that have prompted me to run for office myself".

"I think my voice should have been heard then", Crooks told Cosmopolitan. "I just start kissing them, it's like a magnet, I don't even wait, and when you're a star, they let you do it, you can do anything".

"It felt like a long kiss", Cook said. "The whole thing probably lasted two minutes, maybe less".
