"Not long after, Weinstein got her alone again and attempted to assault her. "[Weinstein] pushed me down. He tried to expose himself.

Thurman, 47, told The New York Times in an interview published Saturday of two incidents in London that took place after the release of 1994's "Pulp Fiction".

After the alleged incident, Thurman said she went back to Weinstein to try and clear things up. She says she screamed at him, saying he was "like an animal wriggling away, like a lizard, TMZ describes". I was doing anything I could to try and get away'. "My track. Not his track". Thurman said she warned Weinstein that if he did that to other actresses his career would be over but she couldn't remember anything else from that conversation.

"I had been through so many rings of fire by that point", she said.

Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein's attorneys have suggested Weinstein could take legal action against actress Uma Thurman, who has accused him of forcing himself upon her sexually years ago. "All these lambs walked into slaughter because they were convinced nobody rises to such a position who would do something illegal to you, but they do".

Thurman also claims to have told Quentin Tarantino of the incident, which led the filmmaker to confront Weinstein, with Weinstein then apologising to the actress. The statement added, "Mr. Weinstein acknowledges making a pass at Ms. Thurman in England after misreading her signals in Paris". Thurman says Weinstein sent her flowers the next day, with a note that read, "You have great instincts".

Alonso signs up for WEC season and Le Mans
His WEC debut will be at Spa-Francorchamps in May, though his eyes are set on the prize of the 24 Hours of Le Mans . Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima will now be joined by the double F1 world champion for the races.

The Times article says Thurman's memory of the Weinstein encounter stops there, but it quotes a friend who was waiting downstairs as saying Thurman emerged from an elevator disheveled and shaking.

"I knew him pretty well before he attacked me", she said of Weinstein, explaining that he deliberately groomed her while they worked together on Pulp Fiction, the film film that rocketed Thurman, Tarantino, and Weinstein's Miramax Films to the forefront of American cinema in the 1990s.

But after their unusual exchange, Uma detailed an alleged "attack" that took place in his suite at London's Savoy Hotel.

These allegations were made to the Met Police in November previous year, but have only now been made public. Thurman says she asked for a stunt person to do it instead (producers say they don't remember her objecting), but recounts that Tarantino came in her trailer and told her to drive it, that the vehicle and road were fine.

But Thurman also described a harrowing onset episode on location in Mexico in which Tarantino ignored her expressed fears of driving a auto that she had been warned might be faulty.

"Quentin came in my trailer and didn't like to hear no, like any director", she says. "I didn't feel threatened". He has apologized for causing "a lot of pain" with "the way I've behaved with colleagues in the past" but has denied "any allegations of non-consensual sex". "When I came back from the hospital in a neck brace with my knees damaged and a large massive egg on my head and a concussion, I wanted to see the auto and I was very upset". "Quentin finally atoned by giving it to me after 15 years, right? I thought he was being super idiosyncratic, like this was your kooky, eccentric uncle", she recalled.
