Kevin Spacey's under a new Scotland Yard investigation - a third man filed a complaint alleging the actor sexually assaulted him.

Spacey, who faces allegations of sexual assault by a number of men in the United Kingdom and in the U.S., was first accused of assault by actor Anthony Rapp. "Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating", said Scotland Yard in a statement, according to a Variety report.

Spacey was not directly linked to the new allegation but police said the alleged perpetrator is the same person who is the subject of complaints in the south London borough of Lambeth in 2005 and 2008, who was identified as the actor. A second investigation stemming from an alleged event in 2005 followed soon after.

Duterte: I was not behind Rappler shutdown order
During his State of the Nation Address last July President Duterte alleged that Rappler was fully owned by Americans. Solicitor General Jose Calida, a close Duterte ally who took the case to the SEC, applauded the outcome.

In the following weeks, many others came forward with claims against Spacey, while The Old Vic theatre - of which Spacey was artistic director between 2004 and 2015 - has claimed 20 people have accused him of "inappropriate behaviour".

This third event also comes from 2005, but police are keeping details about the crime under wraps from the public.

The allegations against Spacey were made in light of the accusations of sexual assault aimed at Harvey Weinstein in which a string of actresses have come forward with allegations about the Hollywood producer. He has not commented further on any of the allegations against him, the investigation or loss of his job since the backlash that statement received.
