Nel-Peters dedicates Miss Universe win to South Africa

Nel-Peters, recently earned her degree in business management at North-West University. Interestingly, she was the first African woman to become Miss Universe victor. This year's edition had the most contestants ever, including the first representatives in its history of Cambodia, Laos and Nepal.
