Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette was surprisingly ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals after violating a team rule, coach Doug Marrone announced Sunday morning. Green put his left arm on Ramsey's right shoulder after the play, and Ramsey responded by shoving Green to the ground.

Late in the first half with Jacksonville leading, 10-7, Green retaliated to a gentle push in the back from Ramsey by clothes lining the Jaguars corner and delivering several punches to Ramsey's helmet after he was on the ground.

Ramsey's push started the fight, but Green likely faces more serious discipline because of his violent reaction, particularly throwing punches.

Hariri's resignation comes only a day after he met Ali Akbar Velayati, an advisor to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in Beirut.

This is the second time that Ramsey has been ejected for fighting in 24 career games. Both players had to be separated and after a conference by referees they were both ejected. Green had 38 catches for 572 yards and four touchdowns coming into the weekend. Whether it's frustration with his inconsistent season and Andy Dalton's inability to get him to the ball regularly down the field, or if Ramsey was just really chirping at him, something caused him to snap. "No need. I need all the energy I can to go out and make plays".

Fournette missed the Jaguars' team photo earlier in the week.
