"He wouldn't take no for an answer and backed me into a room which was not lit", she claimed.

Among the dozens - including Gwyneth Paltrow and Ashley Judd - who have claimed Weinstein sexually harassed them, several women have said Weinstein raped them.

Calling him "extremely persistent and physically overpowering", Mimi Haleyi on Tuesday accused the entertainment mogul of sexually assaulting her using force at his home in 2006. "He held me down on the bed". Weinstein then allegedly took her to a children's room where he overpowered her, removed her tampon and proceed to perform oral sex.

Allred is representing three accusers who have gone public with accusations against the co-founder of Miramax and The Weinstein Co.

Also this week, actress Dominique Huett said Weinstein sexually abused her in 2010 in Beverly Hills and she sued his company for negligence, marking the first civil suit over his alleged abuses since the scandal came to light.

"I told him no, no, no but he insisted", she said, describing the sexual assault while seated beside Allred at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel on Madison Avenue.

But Weinstein got in touch afterward and offered her a job on one of his TV productions in NY.

She's also finding solace in other women.

Haleyi said she wanted "a good relationship with [Weinstein], but not a sexual or romantic one". Once there, however, Weinstein went to the bathroom and returned only in a bathrobe, Huett alleges.

"I was disgusted. I was mortified".

He "orally forced himself on me while I was on my period", Haleyi said. I tried to get him off of me and kept asking him to stop but it was impossible.

Mimi Haleyi is on a list of people that NY officials are seeking to speak with in the ongoing investigation into allegations against Weinstein, according to law enforcement sources. "I remember Harvey afterward rolling over onto his back and saying 'Don't you feel we're so much closer to each other now?' I replied, 'no'". He said that Huett's story "at a minimum" was sexual harassment. "I had never worked with Harvey Weinstein, and I was absolutely devastated by this news". "At that time, I was crying because I felt humiliated".

She warned, "As long as we suspect female actors of being somehow complicit in their own victimization, as willing participants in their own humiliation, we shame the victim and enable the culture of silence that allows predators to act with impunity".

Weinstein entered an undisclosed treatment program after exposes in The New York Times and The New Yorker uncovered a pattern of sexual harassment claims and settlements going back decades.
