Wawa: No coupon is needed to get a free cup of coffee - any size - on Friday. Instead, participating cafés have removed their menu boards entirely today, and will use that space to lecture customers on "the role" of coffee farmers and humble-brag about the company's commitment to ethical and sustainably sourced coffee.

Some participating coffee-makers are asking for coupons, app downloads or BOGO deals. Visit the website ( keurig.com ) and enter the code "CELEBRATE", at checkout. From Sept. 29th to October 1st, you can get any size hot coffee for free or any small iced premium coffee for free. Grocery store locations excluded. You'll make someone's day and you won't be in any more debt for it since you'll be getting yours for free.

Love's Travel Stops: All 24-ounce coffees and cappuccinos are $1 Friday and purchases will benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Limit one per customer. For those who like a little extra flavor in their pick-me-up beverage, customizable flavor shots - which include seasonal treats such as pumpkin - will be available at no additional cost. The restaurant only offered the fall-flavored treat for one day this year, on September 8. The company is also a founding member of the Sustainable Coffee Challenge, which is a coalition of industry and conservation leaders who are working to make coffee a sustainable agricultural product.
