How to help: Legitimate Hurricane Harvey relief organizations

Whether a person wants to donate items, money, or their time, the need is there.

With the effects of Hurricane Harvey and the flooding in Texas, many people are opening their hearts and wallets to try to help the victims in the area. "Help me help Houston", he wrote. "I think we've participated in a lot of challenges on the Internet - some meaningful, some meaningless, but we've all done 'em". Today, one of the world's biggest movie stars has also hopped on board with Hart's movement to help the people of Houston. Experts say donators need to be extra cautious and do research on which charity organizations to donate to so your donations will be able to help the right people.
