Taylor Swift caused a stir on Friday when she wiped her entire Instagram page clean and deleted all her photos, videos, followings and profile picture.

She's released five studio albums - Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red and 1989 - which will help explain her bursting bank account. And not only are there no further clues to what she's been up to, the video remains silent with what seems to be an animal tail?

Taylor Swift is up to something, but what?! "Those are the "last posted" dates on Facebook and Twitter", the fan hypothesizes.

The deletion comes on the three-year anniversary of the release of Swift's "Shake it Off" single, which is being celebrated on Twitter with the hashtag #3YearsOfShakeItOff.

US, Japan Agree to Boost Defenses Against North Korea
But states such as Vietnam and the Philippines have benefited from Japan's support through training and provision of vessels. The primary US concern is the North obtaining intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of striking the American mainland.

Swift released her most recent album, 1989, back in October 2014 - so new music must be coming soon.

However, there are rumors floating around that Swift may release her new album this upcoming Christmas.

BuzzFeed points out small ways Swift has incorporated space-related themes on social media and in other appearances, so fans are theorizing that the cryptic posts coinciding with the solar eclipse are not an accident.

The fan also thinks there might be some clues hidden in Taylor's own Tumblr theme, as all of her chosen colors have celestial names (like Neptune, Black Hole, and Moon Dust). Coming from one of Swift's best celebrity pals, Ed Sheeran, the British recording artist hinted on the issue during his interview with the BBC. "Perhaps you'd like to see how snake-like I can be!" and then he turns into a giant snake? A Denver court has ordered David Mueller to pay Taylor Swift $1 in damages. Is she finally teasing new music?
