Google's powerful keyboard app for smartphone, Gboard, has some new updates-you can now search for YouTube videos and Maps.

Google's update for Gboard also includes a fun new drawing tool that allows users to create various doodles in the keyboard and share them with their message recipients.

You'll also see a new "YouTube" tab to make it easier to send YouTube videos-like this toddler busting his brother out of a crib or classics like Charlie bit my finger-right from Gboard.

Gboard, a Google product, already came with a series of integrated options.

Recently, Gboard for Android added a drawing feature for emojis. Just tap on the emoji button followed by the pen icon and get to work! While adding new features to a keyboard could clutter its interface before long, YouTube and Maps are natural fits for Gboard, integrating well both from a functionality standpoint and in their placement in the interface. Now to search a specific video, type what you are looking for in the search tab and the keyboard will show four to five video options from YouTube.

To send a video, tap the Google "G" icon tap the YouTube icon.

Gujarat political crisis: Congress MLAs shift to Bengaluru resort
The party has sent 44 of its legislators to a resort outside Bengaluru where they posed for camera before the media today. Shivakumar on Saturday said the BJP "government in Gujarat is harassing them and forcing them to cross over".

Apart from a different font and lighter colour-scheme, Gboard doesn't look much different than the standard iOS keyboard.

'We're always working on new features and languages, so please keep sharing your feedback in the App Store'.

In February, Google announced support for 15 languages in Gboard, including Croatian, Czech and Danish. Or coming with GIF and emoji suggestions, or instant translations, and many more.

In addition to this, Gboard now supports Farsi, Arabic and Hebrew as well.

Moreover, the G button also gives users an extra option and that is a feature called Ink.
